To use Mansa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Successfully complete any required identity verification (KYC).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, and other regulatory obligations, we may require you to:

• Verify your identity.
• Provide proof of address or additional documentation.
• Complete enhanced due diligence where required.
• Undergo sanctions and transaction screening.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, restrictions, or closure of your account.

You may use Mansa to:

• Onramp supported stablecoins.
• Offramp supported stablecoins.
• Receive payments into your verified bank account.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activities.

Applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees may include:

• Exchange rate margin
• Network (blockchain) fees
• Payment processing fees
• Banking charges, where applicable

By confirming a transaction, you authorize Send234 to process the transaction at the quoted rate and applicable fees.

Transactions are processed after successful verification and receipt of funds. Completion times may vary depending on:

• Banking systems
• Blockchain network conditions
• Compliance reviews
• Third-party service providers

We cannot guarantee that every transaction will settle within a specific timeframe.

Send234 may delay, reject, cancel, or report transactions where required to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, court orders, regulatory requests, or financial crime prevention obligations.

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, enabling available security features, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Completed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Where funds have not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or refund a transaction at our discretion. Refunds are subject to applicable compliance checks and payment partner requirements.

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate valid claims and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send234 shall not be liable for losses resulting from delays caused by banks, blockchain networks, or third-party providers; incorrect wallet addresses or payment details provided by you; network congestion or blockchain failures; or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Send234 Payment Limited does not actively market, promote, or solicit its services within the United Kingdom. Any individual or business located in the United Kingdom who accesses or uses our services does so on their own initiative and not as a result of any direct marketing, advertising, or solicitation by Send234.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an offer or invitation to provide regulated financial services in the United Kingdom. Where UK laws or regulations restrict the availability of our services, users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access and use of the platform complies with applicable laws.
